with Bluetooth

Good News! Your HeartHero AED can now receive wireless software updates, via the iPhone HeartHero app.

This latest update is a huge milestone for MyDefib & your HeartHero AED as it means there’s no need for devices to be shipped back for maintenance.

You don’t have to rely on our technicians, and, most importantly, there’s no unnecessary pause in your access to your Elliot.

It’s there, up and running for you, 24/7 – as it should be.

This is the first time an AED has been able to receive software updates remotely.

Over-the-Air (OTA) updates are a massive step forward for the industry, making your lifesaving technology smarter and ensuring an optimal performance.

Now, any hassle attached to keeping your HeartHero up to date has been removed.

You just need to download the HeartHero app from the iPhone app Store, connect via Bluetooth and you’re ready to go.
