Three steps. No training needed.

Switch on.
HeartHero has clear instructions for getting started – power on and a calm voice begins guiding you through every step – clearly, slowly, and in plain English.

Pull & position the pads.
Diagrams on the defib as well as each pad show exactly where to place them. The device analyses heart rhythm and decides whether a shock is needed- you don’t.

Press if prompted.
HeartHero will only authorise a shock if the rhythm requires it. You simply press the illuminated button when told. CPR guidance follows.

After my husband’s cardiac scare last year, we couldn’t sleep without one in the house. The setup took ten minutes and the peace of mind has been priceless.

Dad had a stent fitted last spring. Mum was terrified of being alone with him. HeartHero changed that overnight — and the support team was lovely to deal with.

I expected something complicated and clinical. It’s neither. The voice prompts are calm and clear — I genuinely feel I could use it under pressure, which is the whole point.
